오늘도 사진으로 한국어 공부 재미있게 해 봐요.
Let’s have another fun day of Korean learning with a picture.

“본 시설은 물놀이 시설이 아니므로 출입을 금지합니다.”
“Entrance is prohibited as this is not a recreational water park.”

‘출입’의 ‘출’은 ‘나가다’라는 뜻이에요.
‘출' in ‘출입' means ‘to exit’.

그리고 ‘입’은 ‘들이다’라는 뜻이에요.
And ‘입' means ‘to let (someone/something) in’.

그래서 ‘출입’이라고 하면 나가고 들어오는 걸 말해요.
So ‘출입’ means to exit and enter.

‘금지’라는 말은 하지 못하게 하는 걸 말해요.
‘금지' means ‘to prohibit doing something’.

그래서 ‘출입 금지’라는 말은 들어가고, 나가면 안 된다는 말이에요.
So ‘출입 금지' means you must not enter or exit.

‘시설’이라는 말은 기계나 도구를 가지고 있는 걸 말해요.
‘시설’ means something that has machinery or tools.

예를 들어서 식당은 ‘요리를 할 수 있는 시설이 있는 곳’이에요.
For instance, a restaurant is a place with cooking facilities.

‘본 시설’이라고 말을 하면 지금 보이는 이 시설, 이 시설을 말해요.
‘본 시설' refers to this very facility that you see now.

‘물놀이’는 물가나 물속에서 할 수 있는 놀이를 말해요.
‘물놀이' refers to something you can do to play near or in the water.

‘아니므로’는 ‘아니기 때문에’랑 같은 뜻이에요.
‘아니므로' has the same meaning as ‘아니기 때문에(because it is not..)'.

그래서 ‘물놀이 시설이 아니기 때문에’라는 뜻이죠.
So it means ‘because it is not a recreational water park’.

지금 보이는 이 시설은 물속에서 할 수 있는 놀이를 할 수 있는 곳이 아니라고 알려 주고 있어요.
