'존중'이라는 말은 사람을 높여 주고 귀하게 대하는 걸 말해요.
‘존중' means to treat someone respectfully and value the person.

'배려'라는 말은 보호하고 돕는 마음을 말해요.
‘배려' refers to the willingness to protect and help somebody.

"고객과 파트너 서로 존중하고 배려하는 올바른 서비스 문화를 만드는 데 동참해 주세요."

‘고객’은 ‘손님’과 같은 뜻이에요.
‘고객' has the same meaning as ‘손님(customer/client)’.

'파트너'는 두 명이 같은 편이 되었을 경우 상대방, 내가 아닌 다른 사람을 말해요.
When two people team up, ‘파트너' refers to the other person.

주로 일을 하거나 경기를 할 때 이 단어를 써요.
This word is usually used at work or in competitions.

'서비스'는 물건을 만드는 게 아니라 만들어진 물건을 갖다주거나, 치워 주는 등의 일을 하는 걸 말해요.
‘서비스' refers to actions like fetching products or cleaning, differentiated from producing goods.

'동참하다'라는 말은 어떤 모임이나 일을 같이 하는 걸 말해요.
‘동참하다' means to partake in some gatherings or work.

한국에서 요즘 서비스 일을 하는 사람들에게 물건을 던지거나 나쁜 말을 하는 사람들이 많아져서 이슈가 되고 있어요.
Recently in Korea, there has been much debate over those who throw stuff or use bad language to people in the service sector.

그래서 “서로 존중하고 배려하는 바른 서비스 문화를 같이 만들자.”라고 이야기하고 있어요.
So it says “Let’s make a service climate together where people show respect and consideration for each other.”

'차별화'라는 말은 두 개가 차이가 나서 구별된 상태가 되는 걸 말해요.
‘차별화' means that two things are distinguished from each other because they are different.

'특별하다'라는 말은 보통과 다른 걸 말하고요.
‘특별하다' means to be different from normal.

'경험'은 진짜로 해 보는 걸 말해요.
‘경험' means to actually do something.

'제공하다'라는 말은 무엇을 주는 걸 말하고요.
‘제공하다' means to give something.

'최선'이란 단어는 여러 가지 뜻이 있는데요.
The word ‘최선' has a lot of meanings.

그 중에 여기에서는 모든 정성과 힘을 뜻해요.
Among them, it means sincerity and utmost efforts.

'다하다'라는 말은 어떤 것이 끝나거나 남아 있지 않는 걸 말해요.
‘다하다' means something is finished or used up.

'노력을 다하다'라는 말을 정말 자주 써요.
We often say ‘노력을 다하다'.

스타벅스에서는 손님들에게 다른 카페와는 다른 서비스, 보통과 다른 특별한 걸 해 볼 수 있게 하기 위해서 항상 모든 정성과 힘으로 노력을 다할 것이라고 약속하고 있네요.
