자전거로 제주도 한 바퀴

지난 2010년부터 추진된 자전거 인프라 구축 사업을 통해서, 제주도에 총 217.9킬로미터 길이의 자전거 전용 도로가 올해 7월에 완성될 예정입니다. 이번에 만들어지는 제주도의 자전거 도로는 해안 도로를 따라서 만드는 1.5~2미터 너비의 길로, 제주도 해안선을 따라서 자전거를 타고 제주도를 한 바퀴 돌 수 있는 코스입니다. 이 사업에는 현재까지 125억 5천800만 원이 투입되었고, 올해 말까지 46억 3천600만 원을 추가로 들여서 나머지 구간을 완성한다는 계획입니다. 이 자전거 도로에는 또한, 자전거 여행객들이 주요 지점을 통과할 때마다 이것을 기념할 수 있는 인증 센터가 10개 장소에 설치될 예정이라고 합니다. 이 인증 센터는 공중전화 부스 형태로 만들어질 것이며, 무인으로 운영될 예정입니다.

Around Jeju Island on a bike

Through the infrastructure establishment project that has been implemented since 2010, a bike-only road of 217.9km in total length will be completed on Jeju Island in July this year. The bike road that will be made on Jeju Island this time is a path that is 1.5-2 meters wide and is built along the coastal roads, and it is a course where you can go around Jeju Island along the coastline of Jeju Island. 12.558 billion won has been put into this project so far, and the plan is to complete the rest of the sections by the end of this year, by putting in an additional 4.636 billion won. Also on this bike road, certification centers, where bike travellers can celebrate it as they pass through each major spot, will be installed in 10 places. These certification centers will be made in the shape of public phone booths, and will be operated as unmanned facilities.
